ACCOMMODATIONS - NEW FOR 2010

We are pleased to announce that Alpine Cycle Connection will be providing
accommodation booking services for RTR 2010 and provide a better lodging
experience for selected participants.

Participants who have been chosen in the RTR lottery have an opportunity to submit their request for accommodations on 3/8 9:00AM MST.

Submissions will take place on this website. Options range from hotels, motels to fine B&B's. Optional baggage delivery service will be available for all accommodation packages.

Submission will be prioritized in the order in which they were received and by participants requesting week-long packages. The exception to week-long packages
will be for those participants requesting only the first two nights of the ride in Grand Junction. Requests for partial weeks will be processed upon completion of full week requests.


Requests for accommodations must be submitted through this website
beginning on March 8th 2010 at 9:00AM MST.
Phone requests will not be accepted.
E-mail requests will not be accepted
All submissions will be verified as to their selection in the RTR lottery.

BUS TRANSPORTATION

Alpine Cycle Connection will provide bus transportation for Ride The Rockies cyclists.
Reservations are required.

Bus transportation is available from the Denver International Airport, a central Denver
location, a south Denver location and the Grand Junction Airport on 6/12. Options are available from Salida to the Denver International Airport, a central Denver
location and a south Denver location on 6/19.

AIRLINE TRANSPORTATION

Alpine Ski & Sun Holidays, d.b.a. Alpine Cycle Connection can provide airfare on all major carriers who service the Colorado market. In addition Alpine Cycle can provide special Summer Bulk Airfares on United, American, and Delta.

These bulk contracts enable us to provide you with a wide range of choices to get you to your destination. Without many of the restrictions of "off the shelf" retail airfares i.e.; no Saturday night stay required, special bulk, wholesale airfares provide you flexible choices to fit your schedule.

Travel options include, but are not limited to discounted air travel to the Grand Junction Airport and Denver International Airport (DIA) for out-of-state cyclists.

BAGGAGE TRANSFER SERVICE

For those guests with their own accommodations, Alpine Cycle Connection will transfer your bags to and from your Hotel, Motel, Bed & Breakfast for your nights on the "Ride The Rockies".
